Banana Waffles
These 2-ingredient waffles are a hit with every dog they meet!
1 medium banana, yellow but not overripe
2 eggs
Mash the banana with a fork. Mix eggs and banana together very well until the mix is well homogenized.
Heat your waffle maker or pancake pan and brush with a thin layer of coconut oil. Portion egg mixture and gently fry until golden on one side. Flip and cook until golden on the other side.
Cool on a rack and store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
